Privacy policy

Last updated November 4, 2026

This policy covers PGD Analytics, the app PGD Studio uses to sign in with Google and read Google Analytics reports. It does not cover the pgdstudio.co website.

Who we are

PGD Studio LLC is a limited liability company formed in New Mexico, in the United States. We build and run Webflow websites for our clients.

What PGD Analytics is

PGD Analytics is a desktop app registered with Google Cloud. It lets our own tools, on our own computer, sign in with Google and read Google Analytics reports for the properties our clients have shared with us. Only PGD Studio's own Google accounts sign in to it, and it is not offered to anyone else.

What it accesses

When a PGD Studio account signs in, PGD Analytics asks Google for two permissions.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly gives read-only access to Google Analytics. PGD Analytics uses it to list the Google Analytics accounts and properties the account can open, read each property's settings and run reports, such as page views, events, traffic sources and conversions.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform comes with Google's Application Default Credentials sign in, which PGD Analytics uses. PGD Analytics does not use it to read or change anything in Google Cloud.

PGD Analytics never creates, changes or deletes anything in Google Analytics.

How we use the data

We use the reports only for our work for the client whose property they come from, to see how their website performs and to report on it to them.

We read the reports in Claude Code, an AI assistant made by Anthropic that runs on our computer. When we ask it about a report, Claude Code sends the report to Anthropic to answer the question.

How we store the data

The sign in token stays on our computer, in the Google Cloud CLI's credentials file. We run no server for PGD Analytics and store no reports on one. Figures from a report can end up in the records we keep of a client's work, such as the reports we write for them and our private project files.

How we share the data

We do not sell the data, use it for advertising or share it with advertising platforms or data brokers. We share figures from a report only with the client whose property it comes from, apart from the processing by Anthropic described above.

Limited Use

PGD Analytics' use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How to remove access

Anyone who signed in to PGD Analytics can remove its access at any time from their Google Account.

  1. Open the linked apps page of your Google Account.
  2. Select Access to your Google Account, then PGD Analytics.
  3. Select See details, then Remove access, and confirm.

After you remove access, PGD Analytics can no longer read that account's Google Analytics data.

Changes to this policy

If we change how PGD Analytics handles Google user data, we will update this page and the date at the top before we do.
